The Phat Parrot is a family owned and operated business, primarily focusing on fresh, local items. Starting out in 2018, The McBride family decided to take the plunge into starting up a local business. Going into our 6th year, we are very proud to say that we were voted the #1 food truck in the Comox Valley!

Due to residing on the "wet coast", our operations are seasonal, generally running from March until November. We try and focus on fresh, colorful items in the spring and summer, and turn to a more warm comfort food type of menu in the fall. Our permanent location is at Comox Valley Dodge (278 Island Hwy N) but we do move around for festivals, weddings and other functions of the sort.
